If your order is placed on Friday, April 25, 2025 before 12:00 PM, it will be shipped by Tuesday, April 29, 2025, 11:59 PM, based on a 2 business-day processing time, excluding weekends, public holidays, and logistics rest days.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Product Inspection Period
    According to the “Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Terminate Distance Sales,” certain types of products are not eligible for the standard 7-day inspection period. These include perishable goods or items with a short shelf life (especially those close to expiration at the time of return or cancellation), customized products, current newspapers, magazines or journals, unsealed audio or video recordings, computer software, game point cards, other digital point cards, and any opened personal hygiene items. For all other eligible products, you will have a 7-day inspection period (including weekends and holidays), beginning from the date the product is received.   2. Return Guidelines
    Returned items must be unused and free from any damage not caused by manufacturing defects. The 7-day product inspection period provided under the Consumer Protection Act is intended for you to evaluate whether the product suits your needs, and should not be considered a trial period. If our store has advised otherwise, please retain all original packaging (including the outer box), or your return will not be accepted.Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

    • Product has been opened or used, or damaged due to misuse (e.g. stains, breakage, scratches)
    • Missing packaging, invoice, or accessories
    • Malicious or frequent returns
  3. Return Process & Refund Instructions

    • Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer to your designated account
    • Bank Transfer: Refunded to your original payment account
    • Free shipping promotions may be adjusted without prior notice.

    For Paid Orders:

    • Product prices may vary based on promotional periods. Please evaluate carefully before placing your order.
    • If a discount code or reward points were not applied during checkout, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. You may use the discount on your next purchase.
    • If you cancel three or more orders in a single day, it will be considered malicious behavior and your account may be blacklisted by our system.
    • When an order is cancelled, any used store credits or reward points will not be immediately refunded. Please assess before proceeding.

    For Unpaid Orders:

    • If the payment is not completed within the valid time frame, the order will be automatically cancelled without the need to notify us.
    • Each payment method has a specific validity period; once exceeded, the system will automatically cancel the order.
    • If the order is cancelled due to non-payment, any used store credits will not be refunded immediately. Please evaluate carefully before placing another order.
